How we hire
Four stages, no unpaid take-homes longer than a few hours, and a decision within two weeks of the first call.
- Intro call — thirty minutes, mostly your questions about us.
- Technical conversation — real problems from our backlog, no whiteboard puzzles.
- Paid work sample — a scoped task, compensated at your rate, that resembles the actual job.
- Team conversation — meet the people you would work with daily.

Remote-first with a real office in Singapore for anyone who wants one. Compensation bands are published internally and reviews happen twice a year.
