Terms and conditions
The agreement governing your use of JuicePay's software and services.
The service
JuicePay provides software that constructs, signs, and broadcasts transactions on public blockchain networks on your instructions, together with tooling for reconciliation and reporting.
We are not a bank, a custodian of your funds in the banking sense, or a securities broker. We do not provide investment advice, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to acquire or dispose of any asset.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the instructions you give us, including recipient addresses and amounts, and for the security of your API keys.
- Keep keys in a secret manager and rotate them on a documented schedule.
- Do not use secret keys in browsers, mobile clients, or public repositories.
- Confirm that your own use of the service is lawful in every jurisdiction you operate in.
Finality and irreversibility
Blockchain transactions are irreversible once settled. We cannot recall, reverse, or recover a transfer that has reached finality. Our liability for a transfer made on your valid instructions is limited to correcting errors caused by our own software.
You should assume, and design for, the possibility that a payment to an incorrect address is permanently lost.
Availability
We target 99.99% availability on Enterprise plans and provide status information for all plans. Networks themselves may halt, congest, or reorganise independently of us; during such events our status reflects the network's condition rather than our own.
Fees
Fees are described on the pricing page and, for Enterprise customers, in your order form. Network fees are passed through at cost without markup. We will give at least thirty days' notice before changing settlement pricing.
Demonstration notice
This site is a demonstration build. It does not process real payments, does not hold funds, and makes no binding offer. Company details, licences, addresses and figures shown are illustrative.
