Privacy policy
What personal data we collect, why we need it, and how long we keep it.
Data we collect
We collect the minimum needed to operate a regulated payment service. That breaks into three categories.
- Account data — names, business contact details, and the identity documents required for verification.
- Transaction data — payment amounts, counterparty details, chain addresses, and the references you attach.
- Technical data — request logs, IP addresses, and device signals used for fraud detection and abuse prevention.
Why we need it
Identity and transaction data are collected to satisfy anti-money-laundering obligations, which apply to us and to our licensed partners in each jurisdiction. We cannot offer the service without them.
Technical data is collected for security and reliability: detecting credential stuffing, rate-limit abuse, and anomalous payout patterns before they cause loss.
What we never do
We do not sell personal data. We do not use transaction data to train general-purpose models. We do not share your counterparties' details with other customers.
Retention
Transaction records are retained for five years after the end of the relationship, as required by financial regulation in the jurisdictions we operate in. Technical logs are retained for ninety days, except where a security investigation requires longer.
Sandbox data is deleted after ninety days of inactivity.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, subject to the retention obligations above. Write to privacy@juicepay.test and we will respond within thirty days.
